Over his years of a wide-ranging business career, Joe has consulted internationally to management of over 100 organizations, both public and private. He specializes in profit/performance improvement, early decline and preemptive turnaround, conflict resolution and the development of high performing organizations. He has coached scores of CEO’s and functioned as Executive Confidante to numerous senior executives and management teams.
In addition to his consulting practice, Joe has extensive experience as a catalyst/master facilitator in the areas of management development and team building. As well, he has promoted the sale of several businesses. He loves his work, has a light touch, yet can be tough when the occasion requires.
