This interview was conducted by Terry Sullivan, then Executive Director of a major Chicago metropolitan business association.
Mr Sullivan currently is a popular and successful writer whose work appears in many publications internationally. He is a regular contributor to GQ, Chicago Magazine, and the Chicago Tribune Sunday Magazine.
The person interviewed was Andy Mayo, the CEO of a member company who was also a board member of the association. He had first undertaken the corporate renewal process four years prior to this interview.
