BRIEF INTRODUCTION
All corporate performance is driven fundamentally by and through the Operating Dynamic� of the company.
Understanding the operating dynamic allows you to predict future performance, long before that shows in the financials – unless, of course, the operating dynamic is changed.
A healthy operating dynamic results in improving and high performance; a poor or sick operating dynamic causes decline or failure.
The operating dynamic is entirely within the control of management; it costs almost nothing to change.
Improving the operating dynamic by even a little, results in a large increase in financial returns - irrespective of current performance.
The first step in managing the operating dynamic is to measure it - in detail – as you would the financials. The next step is to create specific action plans to improve and correct.
The Corporate 360-L does both. It is both a diagnostic instrument (management team only) and a planning session retreat.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Please call 847-599-9960
2. You will be asked for
a. Affinity code if applicable
b. Your name and contact information
c. Company name and industry
d. Division name if appropriate
e. Total number of workers in organization
f. Number of respondents i.e. number on management team
g. Preferred date for debrief with you and team
3. You will be issued with a URL and unique Password for the survey.
4. Upon receipt of payment (PayPal or check) the initial report will be delivered and the management team debriefed.

HOW TO USE
1. Use URL and Password to access survey.
2. Record registration number where you will be able to find it for debrief.
3. Complete survey (~5 mins.) As managing officer you should be first.
4. Issue Url and Password to team members with instructions to keep confidential and to record registration number. Stress that the survey is ANONYMOUS. Model cover e-mails available.
5. We will provide daily statistics on completions.
6. Once all respondents have filled out survey, we will run, review, and annotate report and e-mail it to you.
7. Print report and review.
8. Facilitator will review report with management team and record - into the report itself - the commitments and actions (with due dates) of the individual team members to improve and correct issues. The report now becomes an action plan.
9. New report/plan will be issued.
